The equivalent to Conan the Barbarian finding his sword in front of Crom. You walk in a fan, you leave with a new born 🔥. You can almost hear Ronnie Coleman’s Whooooo as you train. The sensation of needing to train as intense as Branch Warren and Johnnie Jackson rushes through you as you pass by all the equipment. The T-bar Row corner. Come in, hit it hard!

We are visiting from out of town and we are big fans of the gym and people who have come out of it. They were so nice in letting us get in and fan-out while looking around and get some leg work. Southern-hospitality runs rampant here and it was a great experience. Can’t wait to come back and hopefully run into Ronnie, it just happened to be Mr. Olympia weekend.
