MASH Performance has an amazing community feel. The trainers are professional and motivating and they take the time to help you improve. Great equipment, clean facility and a really welcoming experience. 5 stars all around!

Beautiful facility, over promising trainers. Nothing actually available for adults in the morning hours even if you have a customizable 360/mo plan.Id just left my previous gym to move over my work. When I came to sign up and move forward with what was initially presented and told to be figuroutable, I was told it was not an actual option.Looks like excellent programming and overall presented well. I was excited to start and disappointed they are unable to follow through with our initial discussion.I am now met with deciding to pay new fees elsewhere to re-up or decide on a new gym all together. I feel misled and like my interest in long term training wasnt taken seriously.In all fairness, adult athletics is not their bread and butter. But if youre looking to train like you once did, I hope you can avoid my experience and disappointment that they dont have enough staffing in place or established to make a morning hours possible.
