This place is amazing! Joe is an incredible coach, and the community he has is AMAZING! I love it so much that I literally drive 3 hours every week to visit them and train on Fridays. Not only is this facility great for learning and getting better at weightlifting, but it's also great for just getting stronger and healthier. Everyone cares about your success, and that's what I want in a gym. If you live in the Freehold area, and you're not a part of this Fit Fam, you're making a mistake! Do yourself a favor and call them today! Thanks for all that you do Joe!
