I cant say enough good things about our experience with Seth as a personal trainer. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly dependable, always on time and fully prepared for every session. His consistency and professionalism have made it easy for us to trust that our daughter is getting the best possible guidance.What truly stands out is the positive impact Seth has had on my daughters performance and overall health. Through personalized workouts, encouragement, and expert knowledge, he has helped her become stronger, more confident, and more motivated. Weve seen clear improvements not only in her athletic ability but also in her energy level, discipline, and healthy habits.Seth creates a supportive environment that pushes her to do her best while still making the sessions enjoyable. This and outstanding center eight weeks ago I could not balance and had several bad falls! Since working with Seth my coordination and balance have improved greatly as well as my strength! I am 72 and a disabled veteran this place is a god send. Thank you Seth
