It's been about 2 months and Ive already noticed significant positive changes in my body and overall strength. The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping members succeed.The workouts are challenging, thoughtfully programmed, and offer great variety for all muscle groups. I especially like the striking. The space itself is clean and well maintained.
