I highly recommend Luxe Multi Gym! Jessica has all the qualities that you would want in a trainer. She is extremely knowledgeable, guides and corrects you through each step of the workout, is patient and encouraging, and I feel great after each session. She is attuned to my progress and fitness goals, and works with my body’s strengths and weaknesses. Jessica emphasizes proper Pilates form and technique, and it has made a huge difference in the efficiency of my workouts. She is a gem!

I’ve been working with Jayna for over a year now, and I can confidently say she’s been a game changer for my fitness and recovery. She’s incredibly detail oriented - she didn’t just help me rehab my injuries; she also analyzed my movement patterns and pinpointed the root causes of my shoulder and knee issues. That insight alone was invaluable in helping me prevent future injuries. Since starting Pilates with her, my progress has been remarkable. Even my doctor and physical therapist are consistently impressed with my improvements. Seeing how effective her sessions were, I recommended Jayna to my wife, who was recovering from postnatal changes. After about six months of working with Jayna, she has recovered so much and absolutely loves her sessions as well. Beyond her expertise, the facility itself is fantastic!!! Clean, welcoming, and well-equipped. While it’s a smaller gym, they have everything you need, which is rare to find in similar spaces. Unlike many gyms in the area, it’s never overcrowded. Parking is easy, and the pricing is reasonable. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and detail oriented Pilates instructor who truly cares about her clients' wellbeing and progress, I highly recommend Jayna.
