I simply cannot compliment this gym enough. While I cannot speak for the Alexandria location, I can tell you the Pineville location deserves A++. I was a proud member of their "Bump It" pregnancy program, and boy it was great. Kelsey Alford, our trainer, was terrific. Even though I was .considered a "high-risk pregnancy" at the beginning by doctors, labor and delivery went perfectly. I was able to exercise throughout the entire 9 months right up until the day before.

Great place to work out and swim. Indoor lap pool, hot tub and steam room. Friendly staff!
