He starts you off at a slower pace and works you up to where you need to be.

I knew when I started my journey in Jan of 2025, I would not be successful without some help. Trey has been amazing to work with! We talk about different goals and things I want to accomplish and change up the routine to meet those, both workout and meal. I never feel like any question I ask is silly. The think I like most about working with Trey, is the simplicity of the plan as a whole! An added bonus, he is just fun to work with! I am down 50+ pounds and 8 sizes...I never would have been able to accomplish this on my own.

Trey is by far the best personal trainer! I highly recommend working with him. We started a couple of months after I had knee surgery and he helped me regain strength in my legs and increased my range of motion in my knee joint. We have been working together almost a year and I have decreased my percent body fat, lost weight and kept it off! He listens to my concerns and challenges me every workout.
