The front desk staff are so nice! Good amenities and love the yoga classes! Highly recommend :)

I am beyond disappointed in their lack of integrity and poor business practices. Let this be a warning to all potential new members of their lack of ethics and honesty. I signed up for 4 personal training sessions at the end of October. Over the month of November, I realized it wasn’t a good match so texted the trainer that I wouldn’t be booking any over the holidays and would reach out if I wanted to book more in the future. They proceeded to charge me from November 30, December 30, and January 30 a reoccurring fee of $656 which I was completely unaware of until recently. I’ve spoken with multiple employees and finally the manager, but instead of refunding all of them which totaled $1968, they refunded $640. I received a call after this post offering one free month ($330). This is not sufficient being that $330 does not remedy the additional $1000 you owe us. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for lack of transparency and dishonest business practices.

Overall this is a great gym, very spacious and lots of equipment, which is exactly what I was looking for after many unpleasant experiences at other gyms. Brandon has been my person trainer for the past few months and I have seen incredible results thanks to his knowledge on nutrition and training. 10/10 for Brandon thank you!!!
