The set up is decent. There are several stations where you will be tested to your maxims- including pulling, pushing, lifting etc and friendly staff will record results as you progresses. Not too fancy of a place but if you want to do really well on this fitness test, prepare yourself with a walk, a jog and energy permits, a trip to your personal gym. Your results will blow the charts so to speak !
