The cafe staff are the best always in a good mood

Kyle is an amazing trainer. He has been incredibly flexible with a workout plan that can fit into my life. Kyle has also been able to modify the workout plan to fit into my day as my life changes and change up the exercises if I bored of one or add in new exercises that I like. This has helped me make my gym trips easier mentally with the workouts helping me gain muscle. He has also helped with meal ideas that have helped make my goals more attainable.

I started training with Nia at Lifetime Fitness in Easton, Columbus, Ohio. I had knee surgery back in August 2025 and was going through physical therapy up until October, when it ended. I thought it would be a great idea to continue a physical fitness program at Lifetime, and that's where I met my fitness trainer, Nia. She mapped out a program to help me meet my goal. Nia, explain to me that this program strengthens my leg muscles after my knee surgery and also has overall health benefits, helping me get back in shape. Her knowledge about the body, and the mechanics of how to develop muscle, and how to feel and look better. Over the past few months, I've seen significant growth and progress in my physique and overall fitness. I have greatly benefited because of my training with Nia. I’m starting to look and feel better with this program for the first time in a while. I really enjoyed my sessions with Nia. She was very informative, patient, and had good communication skills. I give her 100%. Very carrying. There were times when I went out of town; she kept me well informed so I could try to do some exercise to build muscle memory. I felt that she went over and beyond the call of duty.
