What is the One-Day Membership at Life Time Fitness?
You or your guest can be a One-Day Member at Life Time Fitness. The price for this membership is $40 to $50 (depending on the location). Also, this membership may not be available in all locations. As a One-Day member, you can enjoy the club’s luxurious amenities, join studio, cycle, and yoga classes, as well as GTX, Alpha, and Ultra Fit sessions. This is the #1 Life Time Fitness club in the USA Let me count the ways, but if you are a Lifetime Fitness member visiting the area, make sure to set aside time to check out this gem. (Not gym LT Lakeshore Irvine is much more than merely a gym)
Granted, the latest version of each piece of equipment that Life Time utilizes throughout the nation at each location helps. But the high vibrational frequency is both inspiring and welcoming in a world trending toward disassociation. It’s undeniable that we are a product of the energy with which we largely associate and it’s refreshing to become part of a community committed to being the change they wish to see. If alignment is missing in your life, Life Time @ Lakeshore Irvine is your finest option to dictate your health while the option still remains. And if it unfortunately doesn’t, recovery to the fullest extent possible begins with the NFL level capabilities of this team of total wellness leaders.
Reward yourself while you are at it by enjoying a cocktail at the outdoor pool bar. Rebooting is key. One visit and you’ll concur. Make it happen, Captain. Chop chop…..and good luck.

Love this Life Time! Super clean and all the staff are super accommodating and friendly. I love all their classes and equipment. It doesn’t get too crowded to where you feel overwhelmed. It always has a luxury feel to this location. Convenient location to most Dallas areas.

Literally the best blast fitness spa or gym you can go to in this part of Southern New Jersey. I’ve never seen a gym with so many services to offer. To call this a gym, fitness spa, or athletic center all fits the description but narrowing the name of this place as just one of these is a disservice. In the summer I’d probably refer to Lifetime as a resort or fitness extravaganza lol. They have great food, juice bar, hair stylists, makeup, and tanning for a woman thats not serious about about training. They also have other immunities like the steam room, dry sauna, daycare (including active recreation for children), basketball, volleyball, and racquetball tournaments. An indoor pool for the winter, outside pool, plush with slides and a outdoor Tiki bar. Spin classes are held poolside as well. I haven’t even mentioned the weight room and cardio equipment. They spared no expense. All state of the art equipment. Comparable to a DI sports training facility. Plenty of room for Olympic lifts and any type of training you prescribe too. Usually I wouldn’t even take the time to write a review on anything but I have to cause they got it right. Im pretty sure I left some things out. Nothing is exaggerated in this post. I may be selling the place short. It’s that damn great! Not good but great!
Life Time Fitness Membership Cost – Is It Worth It?
Life Time Fitness is a spa, gym and athletic center all rolled into one. The membership cost of $159 to $259 maybe high for many, but if you can afford it, you will enjoy every moment spent here. The amenities are well maintained and updated, everything’s clean, the staff and trainers are nice and professional.
