My son is loving parkour. He got interested and we found Coach David. Coach David is encouraging and teaching my son and the foundational techniques, to stay safe before moving to next level of Parkour. He does push the kids, “I know you’ve got this. Let’s do one more set.” but he also listens, if a kid says he’s not ready to try something, he doesn’t make them. He brings the parkour move back a step, to build their confidence so next time they will be ready to try the next thing. It’s a physically demanding and challenging sport, Coach David doesn’t just explain it, he shows them. He’s doing the jumps, the vaults, the wall climbing, the pushups, and running right next to the kids. I definitely recommend if you and/or your kid is up for the challenge.
