Incredible community of people. The equipment is high-quality and everything is taken care of. 24/7 access, you can play your own music, and Jen is incredibly nice and supportive! Very small which I enjoy- at its busiest, theres usually at most 6-8 people.

My son attends the Youth Powerlifting program and loves it. It is truly something he looks forward to each week. I can see his confidence building each time he goes.
