Was charged an unauthorized annual fee. The same day I was charged we called to have it reversed and end our membership. They refused. They also refused to send a confirmation email that the membership was cancelled. Terrible attitude from the staff and rudeness beyond belief.

Hot water has been off for days. This is really bad for people who have to take showers before work. SMH. Get it together please. Hot Water should be fixed asap.

I travel for work and use this location mostly in weekends when I'm back home. Unfortunately I have to severely criticize the hygiene and how facilities are kept. The men's showers are ALWAYS full of mold and mildew also missing tiles, but today, almost every shower booth had trash in it like wet (obviously) paper towels, empty bottles of shampoo, shampoo dispenser lids on the floor, shampoo dispensers hanging down, almost falling! It really looked like a decrepit place! I'm sorry to say this about the location closest to my home, but until it improves, this is the truth about it. Also, of ALL locations I go to, this is, by far, the dirtiest one! The cleanest? Jacksonville, Atlantic Blvd Ste 800 where every single time I use it there's somebody cleaning! No exception!
