This gym is in total chaos; the machines are broken and unmaintained, the weight pins go missing, and the cables are all snapped. This gym needs to be better organized and ensure its equipment is available for use by the members who pay their monthly fees. Numerous complaints have already been filed, yet no action has been taken. It is truly deplorable.

This gym chain has incredible facilities and a lot of potential to be one of the best gyms in Miami. However, its unbelievable how deplorable and poorly maintained their facilities are. Most of the machines are very old, rusty, and many lack proper maintenance (it honestly feels like they havent been updated since the locations first opened).Ive been to almost all of their branches in Miami, and theyre all equally neglected some even look older than others, probably depending on when they opened. On top of that, the bathrooms are quite dirty, and in some locations, the lockers are extremely rusty.Im not writing this review to harm the company, but to make them aware that those of us who pay for a membership are not happy with this. I joined this year, and Im already considering switching gyms because its unpleasant to work out on old, rusty machines that arent even comfortable to use.All I can say is: its urgent that they renovate their locations!!!!!!!

Hoy regres a este gimnasio despus de varios meses y la experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Las mquinas estn en muy mal estado: de los 5 ejercicios que intent hacer, 3 no se podan usar porque estaban rotas o les faltaban piezas. Lo ms sorprendente es ver que algunos clientes traen piezas desde sus casas para poder entrenar, algo completamente inaceptable considerando lo que cobran por la membresa.Adems, el personal del front desk deja mucho que desear. Son poco atentos, no saludan y cuando haces una pregunta prcticamente te ignoran. La atencin al cliente es bsica en cualquier negocio, y aqu claramente no es una prioridad.Despus de 10 aos viviendo en este pas y asistiendo a distintos gimnasios, puedo decir que esta ha sido una de las peores experiencias. No vale lo que cuesta. Personalmente, voy a cancelar mi membresa.Espero que mejoren el mantenimiento de los equipos y la actitud del personal, porque as es muy difcil recomendar este lugar.I came back to this gym after a few months and it was a huge disappointment. The front desk staff is unprofessional and ignores you when you have questions. I will be canceling my membership. Do not recommend.
