Cancellation policy sucks

Pros: - Huge variety of equipment - Good location Cons: - Gym is not cleaned frequently enough for amount of traffic this gym gets - Locker rooms are not clean - I’ve heard from my male friends the men’s locker room is filthy - The gym needs more wipe stations as members do not wipe equipment down when a station is too far away, the entire downstairs floor has only 5 stations (I’ve brought this up to the front desk many times) - some equipment has had “schedule for repair” signs on it for almost a year now Management: please add more wipe stations!!!

I had a great experience at the gym yesterday and wanted to give a quick shoutout to the staff. I was doing squats on the Smith machine and noticed it was getting stuck about halfway up, which obviously isn’t ideal during a lift. I let Will, the manager, know about the issue and he came right over to check it out. He quickly grabbed some WD-40, took care of the problem on the spot, and the machine worked perfectly afterward. I really appreciated how quickly he responded and made sure everything was safe and running smoothly. It’s great to see management that’s attentive and willing to jump in and fix issues right away.
