I had a very frustrating experience trying to cancel my membership. I initially spoke with a representative for about 15 minutes who walked me through the cancellation process, only to later find out that they were not supposed to provide that information and my account was never actually closed. When I followed up, I spoke with the manager, Jackie, and the experience only got worse. The interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful, and the call was abruptly ended while I was still speaking. After being a member for 7 years, this level of customer service was extremely disappointing and far below what I would expect. Overall, the lack of clear communication and the way this situation was handled made the experience very negative. I hope management reviews this and works on improving both their processes and customer service. I do not recommend this place.

Never again. It’s 8:27 pm and you walk in there’s zero circulation in here. The stench and air thickness made me so sick to my stomach I almost had to walk out immediately. And head to Newarks gym. Since I was already here I had to stay. I biked by the door to get some damn air. I’m never coming here again. 🤮 this is embarrassing for a gym.
