Terrible experience. Been coming here for years and went in because I heard they were going to convert the gym into a Club Studio soon. I was billed for my annual fee yesterday and thought it was probably the right time to go in and cancel my membership since it might not even be an LA Fitness for the entire year. The manager said they needed a 3-5 business notice for annual fee reversal and I'm going to be billed for the year I wont even have LA fitness. Will never go back.

Great place for work out and group classes. Happy to see they renovated the pool and jacuzzi. Always greeted with a have a good work out. More than I can say for some of the other locations.
