Honestly this location was a huge disappointment. The equipment was very dirty and the gym felt crowded even during non peak hours. I really disliked my visit and wanted to share my experience so others know what to expect when going.

Extremely disappointing experience at LA Fitness in Winter Garden. I came in with a valid VIP guest pass and a legitimate Massachusetts driver’s license, and the front desk refused to let me in simply because my ID was from out of state. A Massachusetts driver’s license is a perfectly valid government-issued photo ID, yet they treated it like it wasn’t acceptable without giving any clear explanation or policy. The staff was unhelpful and seemed completely unaware of their own guest pass rules. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or asking a manager, they just turned me away. If LA Fitness plans to reject guests based on out-of-state IDs, that should be clearly stated. Otherwise this just comes across as poor training and terrible customer service. Plenty of other gyms in the area that actually welcome potential members. I won’t be coming back.
