The customer service is terrible, and the Jacuzzi is out of order most of the time. I specifically called ahead to confirm that it was working, and the person I spoke with assured me that it was. However, after driving 30 minutes to get there, we found out upon arrival that the Jacuzzi was not working after all. This was very misleading and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I specifically called ahead to ask whether the jacuzzi was working, since it often has issues. I was assured that it was working, so I drove about 25 minutes to get there. When I arrived, I found out that the jacuzzi was not working at all. When I asked why I was told it was working, I was told that they realized later that it wasn’t and was simply given an apology. I then asked why no one called me back to inform me before I made the trip, but there was no response. The staff here are extremely unprofessional and rude. I would strongly recommend staying away from this branch if you expect reliable information and basic customer service.

I’ve been coming to the Pawtucket, RI location for a while now but the quality and attention to issues the last couple years have been awful. There are always broken machines - the 6 stairmasters were down for 3+ months and then they completely removed them in the last month. The showers/locker rooms aren’t clean, there’s at least 2-3 treadmills down at all times, the water filter on the water bottle filling fountain is often expired and nothing is fixed in a timely manner. This spot has so much potential but it’s gone downhill and it’s really disappointing to see, it’s gotten to the point where I’m looking for other options.
