Been training with K's for 10 years, I've done in person with Coach Kauten and remote training throughout this time. I went from 80-82 mph as a sophomore in high school to 97+ mph as I got into college. This place is the real deal, the hybrid training of both throwing and strength is how to get to that next level of your game.

I have personally had experience with the remote training and in person training and absolutely loved both. The staff and coaches are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. They always reach out and see how's it going with my programing and answer any questions that I may have. K's has helped me tremendously and it's only just the start!
