I have been at KoKo for a year now. What a great experience. It is hard to motivate yourself and or know exactly what to do in order to get that right balance of resistance training and cardio. But I have have found it here. As an added bonus you get the great guidance and upbeat personalities of Kristi and Karen. Both are guaranteed to bring a smile to your face. If you are looking for a good workout, good environment, and fun, I would highly recommend Koko as your next workout home.

I can't say enough about Koko. The classes are great. Always fun and different. The staff is really supportive throughout your journey whatever you decide that might be. Its convenient and always clean:)
