Staff was helpful! Grateful to be able to work out in a full gym while traveling. Nicer equipment than my local ymcas with a rep counter, nice. I liked idea that there is a place to plug in your phone by the towels within an arm or twos length so safe. Wish third floor windows had shades, very warm in sun on climber. Gym is cooler inside than the premium hotel I am staying at nearby. Friendly staff and ac makes it. Internet is very good and fast as well here. Thank you

Great place. The staff are always helpful. The facility is clean and accessible. They have a ton of carido equipment and there always seems to be machinces available. If you are lifting, it might not be so great. The free weight section, in my experience, is always full with guys wearing three pairs of sweats and a tank top, just sitting on the benches and texting for hours. Mind boggling.
Overall this place is great. Hot tub and lap pool as well.
