Keystone Strength

Keystone strength is one of the best gyms Ive ever attended. Ive been lifting for 7 years and have attended many gyms all over the eastern U.S. I have never attended a gym that has so much variety. The downstairs of KS is covered with Nautilus adjustable cable stack equipment stations. Top of the line equipment that is incredibly hard to find now, since Nautilus discontinued many of the machines that can be found in KS. There is a small indoor track that wraps around the entire downstairs portion. Upstairs is filled with more Nautilus cable / plate loaded equipment, life fitness cable machines, and hammer strength plate loaded equipment. All top of the line equipment covering all ranges for perfect dissection of targeted training. The upstairs also features a turf strip, small boxing area, and Rogue powerlifting equipment with a dedicated platform. Specified bars for deadlift or squat, Rogue rubber coated dumbbells, squat rack, and adjustable bench. It is clear KS takes pride in its equipment due to the condition and regular maintenance that is conducted. Friendly and helpful staff.

I love it, it's an amazing gym I go every week once or twice and have made progress. Friendly staff and good prices, a lot of machines for legs,arms,back, etc. Would recommend if you want to workout and a great price for only a day.
