I’ve been doing the Pilates here for a couple of months. The workouts are great and staff is quite knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended!

I can't speak highly enough of Kainos. After dealing with nerve and muscle damage following multiple surgeries, I was unsure if I'd ever fully recover or regain strength. However, since joining, the trainers have been incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, customizing workouts to address my specific needs. The results have been nothing short of amazing! I've seen significant improvement in both my mobility and strength — even my doctors are amazed. I’ve gained not only physical strength, but confidence and a renewed sense of hope. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, and it truly feels like a family. If you're recovering from an injury or just looking for a place to get fit and push yourself, I highly recommend this gym!!!

September will be my 2 yr anniversary with Kainos my only regret is I didn’t start when they opened! I love everything about this place from the coaching, programming, people, facility but the favorite is we start each wod with prayer ❤️! Kim
