Jurassic CrossFit is an organization that is able to reach individuals regardless of where they may be in their fitness journey. They prioritize safety, standards, results, and community. It’s been a pleasure to be a member for the last 8 months and I’m looking forward to continuing my fitness journey with them. I’d highly recommend to anyone at any level of fitness.

Jurassic Crossfit is a friendly supportive environment right from the get go for people of all fitness levels. I have never done anything like this and I find that class is very challenging but not nearly as agressive or scary as I thought it would be. I would strongly encourage anyone and everyone to join!

You can tell Coach Lucas and his wife really care about their members and drop ins! Coach Lucas keeps his classes fun with all the jokes 😆 even while getting a great workout! Highly recommend!
