I am 51 and this is my first time doing CrossFit. Justin helps scale exercises to my ability as a newcomer while providing encouragement to help me improve in strength and technique. I never feel intimidated because everyone is so encouraging and supportive. After 10 weeks, I feel stronger and more balanced and have increased stamina and endurance. I highly recommend Joplin Strength and Fitness if youre looking for a community to help you become a better version of yourself!

I'm really enjoying my journey to better health and fitness at Joplin Strength and Fitness! I was a little intimidated at first, but the coaches and other members have been so helpful and encouraging as I have started this program. The coaches are great about adjusting the workouts to fit your level, while still giving you a great workout and improving you fitness and abilities. I've never been to a gym that has been more welcoming not only by the staff but also the other members. Highly recommend if your looking to improve your health and fitness!
