I tried jcfit for about 7 months. It was a great experience. I got stronger, and many pains I used to struggle with got better. Classes were tough sometimes but i always felt motivated thanks to the instructors. They always watched how we did each exercise, I felt safe and confident to add weight for that. Great community, it ws fun to go. I just stopped because i moved to another area. I definitely recommend it if you want to get your fitness to another level
