Jay is thoughtful and experienced. I joined his gym following back surgery for a herniated disc and Jay tailored a specific program to help me improve both strength and mobility.

Wonderful boutique style personal training gym. I've had a lovely experience training with both Justin and Chrissy. The sessions are in an intimate setting and personalized to your needs. Everyone has their own custom routines established for their own goals. They are very accommodating and great trainers who truly care. They do a great job of creating a nice environment. They even have a suite for one on one assisted stretching, shout out to Af! Take it from someone who hates the gym, I love coming here. Good availability and parking lot is a plus. Thank you JayFit, highly recommend!

So glad I joined this gym in late summer—I’ve already seen great results and have learned and grown so much. Justin and Chrissy are motivating, friendly, and really push you to be your best. Such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!
