Looks like Rocky Balboa training to fight Apollo. The environment gives so relaxed feeling. Joe the owner is a great guy and he is very good at his job. i started boxing at age 50 for the first time but i can feel the difference on myself at the first month. I this place

I've been going to Jab Fitness for almost 9 years and it has become an integral part of my routine. Having the opportunity to take out frustrations on the heavy bag or challenge myself on the speed bag has improved both my confidence and my health. I've never been a naturally athletic person, but Jab isn't exclusively for elite performers. Joe, the owner, is a great person and is invested in everyone who joins Jab Fitness. I've worked out at other places in the past but training at Jab is an experience you can't get anywhere else!
