As a fellow ISI owner, I just want to give a shoutout to ISI Wilmington for the way they’re representing the brand. They bring serious energy to every session and set a high standard for what ISI is all about — structured programming, intentional coaching, and a culture that pushes people to be better. ISI is where it’s at! Coming from someone who claimed to “not enjoy the gym”, the coaching and community at ISI has changed my whole perspective!

This is hands-down the best gym in Wilmington. The classes target different muscle groups and training styles every day, so workouts never feel repetitive. I get bored easily, but after more than a year here, I can honestly say I’ve never repeated the same workout from start to finish. Beyond the variety, the staff is truly unmatched. Every visit, I’m welcomed into a clean, bright facility by a team that genuinely cares about every person who walks through the door. The coaches offer one-on-one support, keep you motivated throughout class, and encourage you to keep showing up for yourself day after day. The facility itself is fantastic—plenty of space, great equipment, clean bathrooms, InBody scans, and even childcare (I REPEAT, CHILDCARE), all included in the membership. And if that wasn’t enough, the community is incredible. I’ve never felt more supported in my fitness journey. The members make every class fun and encouraging, and they’re a big reason I keep coming back to reach my goals. If you’re looking for a gym that truly lives up to the hype, check out ISI! 💪
