I enjoyed the time I worked out at ISI elite training. I was enthusiastic about joining and signed up after my free trial. My life is different now, my fitness goals have changed and the location is no longer convenient. I went in person to cancel and the young lady at the desk said she had no access to cancel memberships. Hmmm 🤔, a little odd considering they are so quick to sign you up. I was told that I had to wait for someone to reach out to me and that it could take up to 2 days. Then I get a text saying I have to send an email to start the process. So I need their permission to cancel a membership that I pay for? Make it make sense.
