I joined the gym a couple of years ago, but sadly had to stop after just a few months due to life circumstances, however, going back and restarting with a 12 month group personalized coaching program was the best decision I ever made for my health. I had pregnancy and postpartum complications and havent been working out consistently for a couple of years. This program was perfect to get back into it. I tried working out at home and doing peloton classes but nothing stuck. Messaged the gym and one of the owners called me immediately and listened to my story and helped guide me in the right direction on how to get started again. Probably one of the most genuine experiences that Ive had. They took the time during my intake to listen to my priorities and concerns and built a custom plan for my goals. I like the fact that the InBody scans come with it and their philosophy about measuring along the way so we can adjust The plan if needed earlier rather than later. The workouts are great. The community is welcoming and encouraging, and the coaches are fantastic. If you want a great workout community, this is the place to be!
