I’ll celebrate 10 years with ITF Brentwood this year — that should tell you something. Over the years, I’ve found the management and team at ITF have always been accommodating to whatever I’ve needed at the time, whether personal, business-related, or tied to a physical challenge. They consistently approach everything with, “The answer is yes — what’s the question?” I love that. I’m 58 years old and on a mission to maximize my healthspan — to be a centenarian in the body of an 80-year-old. I recently had extensive testing done and was told I have the mobility age of a 28-year-old. Have been going for 6 months, and I have really enjoyed the results. Was trying to do things on my own at home, and I wasn't getting anywhere. They have pushed me to achiever more than I thought was possible. It's efficient and fits within a busy professional life.

I started coming to the Brentwood Iron Tribe in 2016 and it has changed my relationship to working out! I absolutely look forward to being in the gym. I used to work in youth ministry for years and it really feels like the leadership gets what it means to create a tribe. The leadership works to know everyone by name and this trickles down to everyone. Also, I feel like my fitness goals are important to the coaches. My personal coach, Roshawn, is the man! In the last few months I have been moving towards some goals I have had for a while and his persistence with me and encouragement has been a big part of that! Grateful for this place!
