Iron Jungle CrossFit

I love iron jungle! Compassionate coaches motivate you to be better, but will also meet you where youre at. Im constantly learning new skills that are different from working out at a regular gym. I also feel a strong sense of community at Iron Jungle. They have such a great team of coaches and staff there. Highly recommend

We moved here from Germany, and as a longtime CrossFitter, I immediately started looking for a gym. My goal was to shop around, but after one drop-in at Iron Jungle, I didnt even visit another gym, they had me right away.Not only because they have a kids room where my two-year-old can hang out and play while I work out, but also because the community felt so similar to the one I had just left in Germany. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, and I felt like part of the family right away.I really like the programming because it challenges all fitness levels. You can find the full variety of CrossFit movements, even the ones that usually get forgotten. I especially appreciate that Sam programs benchmark workouts on a regular basis, so you can always see your progress.All the coaches are very caring and knowledgeable. The owner and manager are very open to ideas and are some of the nicest humans on earth! Happy to be here for the next few years before we have to move again.

My gym family! I came to this gym knowing nothing about CrossFit. The coaches helped me learn and were patient with me. I have seen so much progress and I am the strongest I have ever been! Highly recommend joining this gym community.
