I recently noticed a great shift in the atmosphere at this gym. Sanna joined the team and she has truly changed the culture for the better. The staff members are much more friendly now and the overall energy is more positive. Sanna is constantly cleaning or working on a project, yet she remains approachable and easy to talk to. She even took on the task of getting rid of the sewer flies in the showers, and they are finally gone. If corporate America is listening, please take note. Employees make your business a success, not just procedures. Sanna is a perfect example of that.
