The In-Shape on Dover has a friendly staff. My kids enjoy the daycare center while I workout.

I had the most horrible experience with someone with the title of Assistant Manager David. When I signed for this gym I extremely ask if my kids could joint the gym. I pay 80 dollars a month. Expensive for what they offer of course but I did no mind It if my kids could join the pool. Today this disrespectful man screamed at my kids across their lobby. You cant go in. I turned and asked why. He said they need to have their own membership. I was like I was never told about this. So I asked to cancel my membership immediately he was like yeah thats the best. To this man whit out customer services skills and the tittle of manager you need do more Thant that to deserve that tittle.
