Denise is an excellent personal trainer; she is encouraging, knowledgeable and is great at explaining how to do the exercises properly to reach your goals.

Some of the main reasons I choose Impulse: 1. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, encouraging & understanding. If I need an exercise modified due to injury, soreness or physical limitation, they always have a solution & I never feel uncomfortable for asking. 2. I enjoy weight training, but the workouts are things I wouldn't choose to do... or think to do on my own. 3. I'm "forced" to schedule my workouts in advance & prioritize my time. 4. The workouts are different every time I go & I don't get bored. 5. I feel stronger & am making progress towards my goals.
