I've been working out and training with the staff at Impact Metrowest since Jan 2026 after moving to Framingham. I'm coming up on 4 months with this community and amazing staff and the short version is that it has been an absolute pleasure to restart my fitness journey here. Coach Peter, Zach, Tiff, and Greg are fantastic motivators and really take the time to understand and work with you to meet you where you are and find ways to progress you to where you want to go, at your comfort level! The community is non-judgemental, supportive, welcoming, and proactive in making sure everyone is comfortable and safe in what can be an intimidating and difficult journey. In my initial assessment, it was clear the Peter and his team were very knowledgeable and had an immense amount of combined experience working with clients at all levels. Peter just by observing me was able to see where I had difficulties moving, discomfort with certain exercises, and struggles with form before I could even articulate them. He suggested adjustments what would still give him an idea of my range of motion but would still be doable for me in my current state. I was thoroughly impressed with this first consult and immediately wanted to begin working with Peter 1:1.Impact offers a 1 month discounted trial for unlimited group training (money back if you're not happy!). I was not expecting to participate in group as my past experience with group classes were more generic (large, 12+ people classes) where I felt mostly behind due to my fitness level and overall either didn't feel like I belonged, wasn't getting the right benefit, or worse, potentially injuring myself because I wasn't ready for the level of intensity/movementI'm so glad I gave group a try as getting to work with the other coaches has been such a pleasure. In group, the coaches really take the time to make sure every participant is comfortable with the day's exercises and works with each individually to make the necessary adjustment to ensure safe and practical progress is made in each session. Honestly, it feels there is an equal amount of "group" attention during group session as there is individual attention. Coaches Zach, Tiff, and Greg have all taken the time to help me personally with my form in the exercises, find modifications that work for me, and also still push me to heavier weight, deeper movement, and more functional and intentional focused improvements.I know this place is different because I have never in my 32 years been so consistent with working out. Between group and my weekly 1:1, I am working out consistently 2-4 days a week depending on my schedule for almost 4 months. I know that's not a very long time but I think the difference is that I actually am excited and want to go every day I sign up for. I look forward to my workouts, to see my small victories, and to have the coaches challenge me a little bit more than last week or the last time I was in. Whether its getting a deeper bend in your lunge, 10lbs more on your set, or even feeling your butt turn on more during a given exercise, the little victories add up, are celebrated, and are noticed by both yourself and the team.I cannot stress enough how different of a fitness experience Impact has been so far. The coaches are so good with feedback from their clients. It has made such a huge difference for me to be 100% honest with what I'm feeling, what's uncomfortable or unfamiliar, or even asking the dumbest questions or for tips to help me remember all the components that make up good movement form. I've never felt dumb for asking a question or judged for saying "hey, this feels weird, can we do something about that?"I used to make excuses to not work out (i'm too busy, tired, I have plans), but now I move things around to make sure I can get my workouts in (as much as I can).Huge thanks to Coaches Peter, Zach, Tiff, Greg and the broader Impact Community for really flipping this fitness journey on its head and cha
