I cant say enough good things about this gym; the staff, the equipment, the layout, the atmosphere- its incredibly worthy of a 5 star review. The attention to detail from the cleanliness to the flow of the various rooms and a full range of machines/free weights provides ample space and plenty of options to do a complete workout no matter what your program looks like. The staff greets its members warmly, remembers names, and contributes to the comfortable community here. Ive been going to gyms for 25 years and this is my favorite one Ive belonged to. Keep up the good work, Impact! Happy we found you and Im sure others will feel the same.

When it comes to gyms in the Biddeford area, for me, there is only one choice! Whenever I'm in town, I always go to Impact and if I lived in Biddeford, I would no doubt get my membership there! Clean, friendly, progressive, great hours, and great staff, resources, and program offerings! When it comes to Scott Fleurant, there is no one I'd rather support!

If you are looking for a gym in Biddeford, you can stop your search. As someone who has bounced around from gym to gym for about 15 years in the Portland/greater Southern Maine area, this is by far the most well run and thoughtful curated gym I have encountered. If you are a muscle bro, on a cardio-only weight loss journey or anything in between, Impact has every piece of equipment you could possibly want. Furthermore, the place is HUGE and doesnt feel crowded, even during peak hours. Its also ALWAYS clean, which I greatly appreciate and have found to be uncommon in these parts. Lastly, by joining Impact you are supporting a locally owned business and not some chain thats banking on you bailing after a few months. I love this place and will continue my multi-year membership as long as I live in the Biddeford area.
