House of Fitness

I started private training this week at House of Fitness. The owner was so lovely during our initial call and trainer Skye is so great! I've let my health go a bit this year due to work stress and happy to get back on track with such a great trainer putting up with me!

I also love catching up with his wife, Lisaits like being part of a community, not just a client. Every session feels productive and positive, and I leave feeling supported and cared for.
