Im so grateful to find a new HOTWORX home. Im excited to be a part of the Black Mountain team. Staff member, Red, was wonderful in signing me up. A special lady. She took the time to show me the app & I received a gift packet bundle for money off merch & free workouts. Didnt receive any of the above at another location. Have heard wonderful praises about the owner Holly. The facility is Spotless! Not what Im used to coming from another location either! As I walked in a client leaving said Welcome Home when I said I need a new HOTWORX Home. So kind! Im not used to this kindness and class coming from another location. Look forward to getting in to the routine & enjoying workouts. Im down 22 pounds! Woo Hoo! My favorite classes are: Pilates, Core, Cycle, Thunder, & Blast. Happy I found my workout people.

This place is an absolute scam. I called back in October to freeze my account because I have three memberships mine and two people that have never gone. Told the lady to freeze the other two accounts because I still wanna keep mine and I wanted to eventually cancel the other ones I did not have a ride from North Las Vegas to Henderson so I could not go in person and it was like pulling teeth to get them to freeze my account.The lady told me she was able to freeze it. Well lo and behold. I have still been charged every month since then even though the freeze is supposed to be a three month freeze, they never froze my account and now even though Ive had my membership for over a year theyre still trying to tell me I have to pay 100 to cancel each of these memberships. The last time I spoke to them, the lady hung up in my face never called me back and so I went as far to cancel my card so they couldnt charge me anymore and I got my new card and they are still charging my bank account. Do not go here. Horrible customer service horrible help and now I will be actually taking this even further and going to HR because this is ridiculous. Ive called multiple times asking to speak to a manager. Oh no manager is here. Will have you called them back tomorrow no call back . This is not how you treat your paying customers and if they wouldve just froze my two accounts I wouldve continue to use here and actually paid to get the other ones taken off, but since They wanna do this to me, they can have this have this reveal and I will be going to HR thank you if you want to cancel my account you can but until then Im gonna make sure that you guys actually understand how much of a scam you are running. Ive had this membership with this HOTWORX location and Ive probably been there twice now I do Travel and I have been to other ones but I noticed I have the highest paying tear. I wasnt even able to book other sauna as of the last time I paid it was gonna cost 12 however, if I had my account for over a year three memberships and yall wanna charge me to go to a different sauna no thank you. You can have your shitty sauna.
