Cannot cancel, I canceled 3 months ago and still getting charged. Only thing that is saving me is stop charge. Do not go here. You will be stuck with recurring payments.

I've been going to HiTone for the past 3 years and cannot recommend this gym more. The staff is incredibly supportive, whether you're training with them or just by yourself you'll always have someone hyping you up! I love the reach higher sessions and have to give a shoutout to Kelsey who has really challenged me to push myself and have seen a lot of progress!

This gym is elite. CLEAN, organized / well maintained, great equipment, and such a good vibe. But the REAL MVP is my trainer, Kelsey!! She holds me accountable, pushes me past my comfort zone, and somehow still makes it fun. I never feel judged, I always feel supported from not only my trainer but the other staff in the gym as well. Kelsey is so knowledgeable, encouraging and genuinely invested in my progress. If youre looking for a gym that feels like a community and a trainer who truly cares, I highly recommend this place.
