Im 43 years old and have been working out in gyms since I was a teenager, so Ive experienced quite a few over the years. I can honestly say this is the best gym I have ever been a part of. The coaches bring so much enthusiasm, passion, patience, and kindness to every workout.I was actually surprised to find that after consistently working out here, I ended up in better shape than I was in my 20s. That alone says a lot about the quality of the coaching and the program. What I didnt expect, though, was how much this gym would strengthen me mentally and emotionally as well. Working out in the morning meant the hardest part of my day was already done, and that mindset carried over into the rest of my life. It made me a stronger and more confident person both inside and outside the gym.The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to guide me carefully through movements I never would have known how to do on my own. Their encouragement, patience, and positive energy made me actually want to keep coming back, even on the days when motivation was a little harder to find.Sadly, my husband and I recently moved to Auburn and had to leave the gym when we moved from Renton. Letting go of this community has honestly been the hardest part of the move.If youre looking for a gym that will help you get stronger, healthier, and maybe even a little tougher mentally, I highly recommend this place. The owner is an incredible human being and, whether she signed up for it or not, she also ended up being a bit of a life counselor along the way. The entire coaching team has an amazing ability to push you while still being supportive and kind. And trust me, Im a pretty feisty and slightly obnoxious personality at times, but their enthusiasm never wavered. They somehow managed to keep me motivated, which is saying something!
