HEW isnt just a gym, its a family/community.I have never felt so welcome at any other gym Ive tried in the past.The coaches are patient & knowledgeable.The members cheer each other on.I couldnt have picked a better place to join, instantly went back after my first day and signed up & I am so glad I did.

Highly recommend! All of the coaches and staff members are so welcoming and encouraging. They meet you where you're at on your fitness level so that you remain successful and feel accomplished after every workout.
