I became a member at N.E.W Fitness wellness less than 2 months ago. The atmosphere of gym is conducive for working out. I feel energized ,challenged and motivated when I come. My experience has been amazing. My Trainer is Jerry. He loves to push you to go past your boundaries. He encourages you to want to do your best. All the trainers there are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. The workouts that they have us doing is tailored to our specific goals. I have learned a lot about my body and strength during this time period. I feel inspired. If you are ready to take care of your body and get great results. I love the N.E.W Fitness Wellness Studio, located in Hillside, ILCoach Jerry and Coach T are fun, caring, professional and personable trainers. They created an environment that makes everyone feel welcomed while they push you to meet goals.The studio is cleaned daily as well as the equipment.I highly recommend the N.E.W Fitness studio if you want to be challenged, pushed, in an intimate setting with a fit-fam community environment.

Hi, I just want let you guys know if anybody ever wants to choose this gym the personal trainer are both amazing. I just drop by as a guest while I was in town with my girlfriend and I can still feel the workout was very precise very understanding and a great atmosphere.
