Omg! If you're in the Allen, Plano, McKinney area...& You like Group Training, HIIT, Functional Training, etc...This is definitely an EXCELLENT Choice to explore ALL of your Fitness options/needs! The environment is very CLEAN & the ENERGY is Next Level...I highly recommend -HERO Training- !!!

This gym and trainer are fantastic. Ive now dropped in for classes twice when visiting family in town. I love this gym and wish I had something like this in California! The classes are structured very well and are designed to push you at your limit, with flexibility on the weight you choose or the difficulty of the exercise to customize to any level. There are people of all fitness levels and goals there, from seasoned weightlifters to people just starting with the gym. Its a welcoming community, the workouts are a ton of fun, and Ill definitely be back the next time Im in Allen.

Love this gym! Workouts are quick and effective, the people are friendly, and Coach Denis is awesome. Always leave feeling great!
