I’ve been going to HER Strength Gym for about a month and a half, and I’ve gotten more out of my workouts here than I ever did at traditional gyms. I have worked directly with Nora, Amanda, and Kristen, and they are all amazing! The coaching is very personal and thoughtful. I have an old shoulder injury, and my workouts were customized to work around it. My shoulder honestly feels better than it has in years! This gym makes every session feel intentional, supportive, and worth your time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for real guidance and results. 🏋🏻‍♀️💕

I've been loving my time at Her Strength. It's been the first experience in a long time where I am able to show up consistently and am excited to work out. The coaches are fabulous and help you no matter what experience you have in the gym, and all of the women who go there are a delight. I love Her Strength and am so happy I found it here! The gym is also very clean, spacious, and has great equipment and amenities. Only good things to say here!!

When moving across the country, I was looking for a Strong First kettlebell gym to continue my training. Not only did I find that with Her Strength, but I got a great community of women supporting each other to be their best selves. This gym is a very positive space and I have gained a lot of strength, balance, and mobility from the workouts. There is always something new in the program, so I never found myself bored, and it keeps me engaged and motivated to tackle new challenges.
