GVN has been an excellent experience for my two boys (14,12). Each athlete is put through an initial assessment to see where they are at, and what the areas of growth are. From there, Jackson and his staff carefully craft workouts to bring about the most potential. Something also to note is the attention to not just strength, but mobility and proper form. These results are clearly seen on the ice, where they are stronger and more agile. Jackson has created an awesome environment where my children want to come to work out and compete with their peers. I cant recommend GVN enough for young athletes.
